Self-igniting lance burners

This gas burner is a combustion device powered by fuel gas without electrical high-voltage ignition and without flame monitoring. In the European Union, the safety requirements according to DIN EN ISO 13577-2 standards (formerly DIN-EN 746-2) apply. 

Taking this standard into account, the gas burner is suitable for heating industrial thermoprocessing systems and may only be used in hot oven atmospheres (safe oven temperature >750°C). Due to the SiSiC ceramic tube, it is preferably used in brick or fiber-lined industrial furnaces. 

Due to its design, the gas burner combines the advantages of a high-speed burner with the low effort of a non-flame-monitored gas burner. Safe re-ignition of the gas-air mixture in all work areas is guaranteed by the patented mixture preparation. This special feature as well as very efficient combustion ensure the desired mixing of the furnace atmosphere and low gas consumption. The burners are available without a flame tube (O) for installation in a burner block, and optionally with a ceramic tube (C) or, on request, with a steel tube (S).

The SKS lance burner can be used as both a ceiling and side burner. This gas burner is usually operated with natural gas. If you want to use other fuel gases, please contact our technical support before placing the order.
