Our engineers and specialists plan, develop and manufacture gas burners, complete combustion systems,
gas-pressure control, measuring and safety systems (GDRMS), pipework, control units and much more for industrial thermal processes. Our technologies are used worldwide in numerous industries: Mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry, the chemical industry, brick and ceramic production, metal and plastics processing companies as well as in the food industry and in research facilities.

SKS burner systems - highest quality, certified and tested
As an ISO 9001:2015- and ISO 14001:2015-certified company, we guarantee the highest quality standards in harmony with environmental protection and sustainability. We focus on the continuous improvement of our services and processes, which are regularly planned, monitored and optimised. In this way, we always fulfil our customers' expectations and official requirements to the highest degree.
Patents and certificates
We are a certified and recognised company as a manufacturer of pressure equipment - piping in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex I, point 3.1 and the AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0 / HP 100R regulations, as well as a welding company for pressure equipment - piping in accordance with the ISO 3834-3 standard.
With the proper restamping of materials and products for pressure equipment according to the above-mentioned standards and our qualified welding procedures according to DGR 2014/68/EU, AD 2000 HP 2/1 and ISO 15614-1 approved by TÜV Nord, we manufacture and supply quality-tested piping systems.
It's not just the company that offers licenced inspection, our employees are also excellently trained, educated and regularly take part in further training. Accordingly, we have certified welders in accordance with ISO 9606-1, a welding specialist, DVGW experts in accordance with worksheets G490, G491, G492 and G495, as well as highly motivated employees in every department.
Our customers and references
We supply demanding industries that expect the highest quality and efficiency for their firing systems. With over 250 systems installed worldwide, we are represented in sectors such as plant engineering, the automotive and aluminium industries as well as brick and ceramic production. Our references include a 45 MW ceiling burner system for the brick industry, a flexible burner system for crucible heating in aluminium processing and a 10 MW surface burner solution for dryer systems.
In the ceramics industry, we were able to significantly reduce gas consumption in tunnel kilns thanks to patented SKS burner technology - an advantage that many of our customers appreciate.
