Pilot burners play a crucial role in thermal processes by safely and efficiently igniting larger gas burners.
Our pilot burners are compatible with a wide range of industrial gas burners and can be easily integrated into most thermal process systems. They cover a wide power spectrum, ranging from 2 kW to 30 kW.
The SKS pilot burners (gas ignition and pilot burners) are specially designed to optimise the operation of industrial furnaces and thermoprocessing systems by not only providing ignition, but also contributing to significant flame stabilisation of the main burner during continuous operation. Suitable for use in the steel industry, in ceramic production processes or in refineries.
ZB16 & ZB25 pilot burners: Compact performance in single-electrode operation
The compact ZB16 and ZB25 pilot burners offer reliable ignition and flame monitoring in single-electrode operation. They cover a maximum output of 4 kW and are ideal for thermoprocessing systems that require a space-saving and efficient solution. If your application requires a higher ignition power (>5 kW), we recommend using the ZB42 pilot burner.
ZB42 pilot burner: Ideal for applications with high ignition power above 5 kW
The ZB42 pilot burner is designed for applications that require a higher ignition output of over 5 kW and offers additional operational safety and precise flame control with a separate ignition and ionisation electrode. With a rated output of around 30 kW, it is perfect for larger industrial gas burners that require continuous stability and performance in continuous operation.
